Matthew A. Spezzano established the firm in 1999.  He has been a licensed New York Real Estate broker since 1987.  He is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers since 1988.  Mr. Spezzano also purchases and rehabilitates distressed properties in the area.   He is one of a handful of brokers who still reside in Middle Village.  He has been a resident of Middle Village for over 40 years.

Joseph Spezzano just became a licensed New York Real Estate Sales Person in 2008.  He is now attending college to receive a Bachelors degree in Business.  He has a major background in Real Estate, learning everything he knows from his father, Matthew Spezzano. Mr. Spezzano aspires to become a licensed Real Estate Broker and to one day take over the family business.

Thomas Higgins became a licensed New York Real Estate Sales Person in 2019 after changing his career path from television production. He graduated from The University of Scranton in Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree. He has been a resident of Middle Village for over 20 years.
